Terms of Service
By using our site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and if you do not agree with any part, you should not use our website or services. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservation and Deposits
– A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to secure your reservation
– Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure
– Bookings made within 60 days of departure require immediate full payment
1.2 Pricing
– All prices are quoted in USD
– Prices are per person based on double occupancy
– Single supplement charges apply for solo travelers
– Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by Participant
– Intial Deposit non-refundable
– If you cancel after 14th of February 2025 the amount is 100% non-refundable
2.2 Cancellation by Legacy Bible Lands
– We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation
– Full refund will be provided if we cancel the tour
– Legacy Bible Lands is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the tour (e.g., non-refundable airline tickets)
3. Eligibility and Participation Requirements
3.1 Membership Requirements
– Tours are exclusively for active Jehovah’s Witnesses in good standing
– Participants must provide their congregation name and location at booking
– Any change in religious status must be promptly disclosed to Legacy Bible Lands
– If a participant’s status as a Jehovah’s Witness changes before or during the tour, their participation will be concluded according to the cancellation terms in
Section 2.1
– Verification of active status may be required prior to tour departure
3.2 Documentation
– Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity beyond tour end date
– Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary visas
– Proof of travel insurance is required
3.3 Health and Fitness
– Participants must be physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily on uneven terrain
– Must be able to climb stairs and board buses without assistance
– Any physical or mental health conditions must be disclosed at booking
4. Tour Modifications
4.1 Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Security concerns
- Weather conditions
- Religious observances
- Airline schedule changes or cancellations
- Hotel availability changes
- Archaeological site accessibility
- No refunds will be given for reasonable modifications to the itinerary
- Comparable accommodations and arrangements will be provided when possible
4.2 Accommodations
– Hotels listed in itinerary are subject to change
– Replacement accommodations will be of similar standard
– Room assignments are at the discretion of hotels
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Limitation of Liability
– Legacy Bible Lands acts only as an agent for suppliers
– We are not liable for accidents, losses, injuries, or damages
– Not responsible for acts of God, weather, strikes, or government restrictions
5.2 Insurance Requirements
– Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory
– Must include medical coverage and emergency evacuation
– Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended
6. Participant Conduct
6.1 Code of Conduct
– Participants must respect religious customs and dress codes
– Appropriate behavior at holy sites is mandatory
– Guide instructions must be followed at all times
6.2 Dismissal
– We reserve the right to dismiss participants for and not limited:
– Disruptive behavior
– Failure to follow safety instructions
– Harassment of other participants
– No refunds will be provided in case of dismissal
7. Media and Privacy
7.1 Photography
– Legacy Bible Lands reserves the right to photograph/video tours
– Images may be used for promotional purposes
– Participants may opt out in writing before tour start
7.2 Data Protection
– Personal information will be protected according to privacy laws
– Contact details may be shared with tour suppliers as needed
8. Additional Services
8.1 Optional Activities
– Additional activities not included in base tour price
– Subject to availability and minimum participation
8.2 Special Requests
- Special dietary requirements must be submitted at booking
- While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, options may be limited in certain locations, particularly in Egypt
- If strict dietary requirements cannot be accommodated, guests should carefully consider whether this group tour is suitable for their needs
- Medical accommodations must be approved in advance
- Additional charges may apply for special arrangements

10. Proprietary Rights And Non-Compete Agreement
- PROPRIETARY INFORMATION The itineraries, routes, scheduling, site selections, accommodations, and educational content (“Tour Content”) of Legacy Bible Lands LLC tours constitute proprietary and confidential business information developed through substantial investment of time, resources, and expertise.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Users, participants, and observers of our tours (“Recipients”) agree not to: a) Copy, reproduce, record or replicate our Tour Content, in whole or in substantial part b) Use our Tour Content to create competing tour products or services c) Operate, organize, or facilitate similar tours for commercial purposes d) Share, sell, or distribute our Tour Content to third parties e) Create derivative works based on our Tour Content for commercial gain.
- PERMITTED USES Recipients may:
a) Participate in the tour for personal enrichment and education
b) Share personal photos and experiences from the tour
c) Use general knowledge gained from the tour for non-commercial purposes. - TERM These restrictions shall remain in effect indefinitely following participation in or exposure to our Tour Content. This perpetual obligation reflects the lasting value and proprietary nature of our Tour Content.
- ENFORCEMENT Violation of these terms may result in legal action for damages and injunctive relief. Recipients agree that monetary damages alone may be inadequate compensation for violations, and that injunctive relief may be sought and granted.
